Refund policy
We hope that you will be delighted with your order but if you feel it necessary to return an item we aim to keep the process as simple as possible. All returns and cancellation of orders must be submitted in writing to Hughie's Dog Accessories with details the original order number, date, and item
Unwanted goods: If you return the product in a re-saleable condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, we will refund you any money that you have paid for that product. All you pay is for the returned postage of the goods. Please contact Hughie's Dog Accessories to arrange this. Please note no refunds can be accepted for any personalised or bespoke items.
Incorrect size: If you have ordered the incorrect size, we may be able to offer an exchange for the correct size in some circumstances, but this will be at the customer's expense. Therefore please ensure that you read the instructions for the correct bandana size for your dog.
Faulty goods: If you receive an item which is faulty or damaged, which you did not order or for any reason that is our fault, please contact Hughie's Dog Accessories who will arrange to refund or replace items where necessary.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items such as our Embroidery Monogram Option on our products) unless there is an issue with the product which is our fault.
Claims cannot be made after 14 days from receipt of goods

You are responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery) or instruct a courier who can offer proof of delivery. This will ensure a signature is taken to confirm receipt of goods.
No refunds can be accepted for any personalised or bespoke items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
