Hand made in luxury soft sky-blue gingham on one sde, and soft sky-blue twill on the reverse side, they can easily be tied around your dogs neck for a secure fit. Complimented by hand-made cotton piping, there's also a hanging-loop made of recycled leather so that your pup's fashion accessoyt can be stored away when not in use.
We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. For UK customers, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. For international customers, delivery may take anywhere from 7–21 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized or custom products, such as embroidered items, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as your return has been approved.
