I make the London Canvas Soft Dog Bone Toy from reclaimed cotton canvas, chosen for its firmer feel and simple look. Each one is sewn by hand in London, lined with calico and filled with long strips of cotton cloth rather than loose synthetic stuffing.
The canvas makes this design feel a little more substantial in the hand while still staying soft enough for carrying and gentle play. Small differences in shade or texture are normal because the fabric has been reclaimed rather than bought as a uniform new roll.

Care: Wipe clean or hand wash gently with mild soap, reshape and leave to air dry completely.
Safety: Use for supervised play only. It is a soft toy, not a chew toy, and should be removed if your dog damages the cloth or stitching.

Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes a further 2–5 business days. Standard UK delivery is £2.99, with free UK delivery on orders over £40. We currently ship within the UK only.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalised or custom products, such as embroidered items, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as your return has been approved.
