Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized or custom products, such as embroidered items, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as your return has been approved.
