We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on your location. For UK customers, orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure that items are returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Personalized or custom products, such as embroidered items, cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as your return has been approved.
